СОЧЕТАННАЯ ЗАКРЫТАЯ ТРАВМА ОРГАНОВ МОЧЕВЫДЕЛИТЕЛЬНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ: ВЗГЛЯД ОБЩЕГО ХИРУРГА

Аннотация


Цель исследования – стандартизация лечебно-диагностического

подхода при сочетанной закрытой травме органов мочевыделительной системы для улучшения результатов лечения.

Материалы и методы. Анализ литературных источников российских и иностранных авторов по данной проблематике.

Результаты. Выработан лечебно-диагностический алгоритм при сочетанной закрытой травме органов мочевыделительной системы, исходя из степени тяжести пациента, дано подробное описание поэтапного хирургического лечения, основанное на принципах доказательной медицины.

Заключение. Использование малоинвазивных вмешательств в лечении повреждений органов мочевыделительной системы, а также поэтапное их лечение в условиях тяжелой политравмы способствует снижению летальности.
