ОПЫТ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ FAST-ПРОТОКОЛА У ПАЦИЕНТА С ПОЛИТРАВМОЙ, СОПРОВОЖДАЮЩЕЙСЯ ПЕРЕЛОМАМИ КОСТЕЙ ТАЗА И БЕДРА

Аннотация


Цель – оценить эффективности применения FAST-протокола при лечении пациента с политравмой.

Материалы и методы. В статье  рассмотрен алгоритм лечения пациента с политравмой с применением FAST-протокола.

Результаты. Благодаря FAST-протоколу мы смогли диагностировать начавшееся кровотечение, тем самым спасли жизнь пациента.

Выводы. Данный клинический пример доказывает, что применение ультразвуковой диагностики помогает в кратчайшие сроки определить причину нестабильности гемодинамики и ускорить определение тактики ведения пострадавших от высокоэнергетической травмы. Damage control является ведущей концепцией в лечении пациентов с политравмой.
