ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ И ТАКТИКА ДОГОСПИТАЛЬНОЙ ПОМОЩИ РАНЕНЫМ В БОЮ В УСЛОВИЯХ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ВОЙНЫ: ОПЫТ ВОЙСК СТРАН НАТО В ИРАКЕ И АФГАНИСТАНЕ

Аннотация


Цель − описать организацию и тактику оказания догоспитальной помощи раненым в условиях современной войны.

Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ литературы, представленной в базах данных PubMed и Cochrane, а также открытой информации, имеющейся в прочих интернет-ресурсах.

Результаты. На опыте боевых действий войск США и их союзников в Ираке и Афганистане изложены особенности современной боевой травмы и определяемые ими алгоритмы оказания помощи раненым в бою, оснащении и обучении личного состава, организации эвакуации раненых с поля боя в лечебные учреждения. Приведены современные подходы к помощи при боевых повреждениях и критических состояниях на догоспитальном этапе и результаты их применения на практике.

Заключение. Использовавшаяся войсками коалиции НАТО во время действий в Ираке и Афганистане система организации и тактики оказания помощи раненым на догоспитальном этапе позволила значительно снизить смертность при современных боевых поражениях.
