КОНЦЕПЦИЯ «DAMAGE CONTROL» ПРИ ПОЛИТРАВМЕ: КАКОВЫ СТАНДАРТЫ В 2021 ГОДУ?
Аннотация
С момента введения концепции «Damage Control» для лечения больных с тяжелыми повреждениями данная стратегия приобретает всё большую универсальность и распространенность.
Цель данной статьи − описание основных изменений за последние годы.
Основные темы данного обзора: 1) термин «политравма»; 2) показания и оценка пациентов; 3) хирургические стандарты в лечении скелетной травмы.
