ПОРАЖЕНИЕ МОЛНИЕЙ

Аннотация


Целью исследования является анализ научной литературы, отражающей проблемы патогенеза, диагностики и лечения поражения молнией. 

Материал исследования. Научные публикации по вопросам поражения атмосферным электричеством за 2012-2017 годы.

Выводы. Удар молнии вызывает мультисистемное поражение организма человека за счет сочетания нескольких повреждающих факторов. Прямой или опосредованный разряд электричества высокого напряжения вызывает органические и функциональные изменения органов нервной и сердечно-сосудистой систем. Вследствие высвобождения большого количества тепловой энергии возникает высокая температура, вызывающая ожоги, и ударная волна, приводящая к механическим повреждениям костно-мышечной системы и внутренних органов.
